Welcome to the It’s All About Kids Gifts terms and conditions, which apply to your use of the It’s All About Kids Gifts website. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by them.

Any orders made online with It’s All About Kids Gifts can be cancelled prior to the order being dispatched. Any monies taken will be refunded in the same method as payment. An email will be sent telling you that your order has been cancelled and refund issued.

Unpaid orders – Items are returned to stock when payments are not received within 5 working days from placement of order.

A number of products sold by It’s All About Kids Gifts have age recommendations. These age recommendations are contained in the description of the product for you to read before purchasing or on product packaging. We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property caused by age recommendations not being adhered to. Products are only to be used for there intended use, and It’s All About Kids Gifts accepts no responsibility or liability for any misuse of products that cause damage, injury or loss to persons or property.

The use of the information and data contained on the It’s All About Kids Gifts website is at your sole risk and is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate and reliable, we take no responsibility however, for any information that isn’t accurate or reliable.

Although we take care in using large, well known companies to deliver to you, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control. We accept no liability for late deliveries, damaged or lost goods, and any complaints regarding this must be directed to Australian Air Express. Whilst we will endeavour to assist you, we do not have the capacity to control deliveries by third parties. We only refund lost parcels delivered by Registered Express Post NOT Regular Express Post with Authority To Leave. If you choose the Regular Express Post option with Authority to Leave you do so at your own risk. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels when this delivery method is selected as we are not in a position to access how secure your property is for a parcel to be left and have no signature as proof of delivery. If using this postage option you are best to supply an address that is occupied at most times or a PO Box.

Although Australian Air Express is a reputable service, the only way to insure your purchase is with our Registered option- $14.95.
