Postage and Handling

Australia

$9.95 – REGULAR POST orders under $100. FREE – REGULAR POST on orders over $100. Shipping will automatically be deducted on finalisation of order. (Standard Shipping is by road and can take between 2-7 business days after your order has been dispatched. Remote locations may take longer)

$19.95 – EXPRESS POST - Up to 5kg (Express Shipping is by air and can take between 1-3 business days after your order has been dispatched. Remote locations may take longer)

New Zealand

$24.95 - International Airmail – Up to 4kg (Standard Shipping is by International Airmail and can take between 3-10 business days after your order has been dispatched. Remote locations may take longer)

We do not ship to any other international locations.

When an order is larger or heavier than a standard order we will contact you with a freight quote for your approval prior to shipment.

Order Dispatch

Orders are picked and despatched daily from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately Australia Post will not take receipt of orders on Public Holidays therefore no orders are despatched on such days. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, however this is not always possible when taking into account weekends and public holidays. If your order is urgent we advise you select the Express Post shipping service, this will ensure your order is picked the same day provided it is placed before 12pm EST. When we dispatch your order you will receive an email with the courier used and a tracking number.

Please note we DO NOT allow Authority to Leave as we require receipted delivery to cover both ourselves and our customers if any parcels are lost in transit. When no one is home to accept your parcel Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box with the location of the nearest Australia Post outlet that they have sent your parcel too. To collect your parcel simply take the card, proof of identity (with your signature), and proof of address to the Australia Post outlet. If you’re planning to send someone else to collect the item on your behalf, the agent authorisation section on the card will need to be completed.

We are not a delivery company and so are reliant on third parties for delivery. The most important thing to remember is that if you think your parcel should have arrived but hasn't, please let us know as soon as you can. We are then in a position to locate your parcel and advise you accordingly.
