It’s All About Kids Gifts understands that internet shopping is different from being able to hold and pick up items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions: - All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The product/s must be as new, ie unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and condition.
- Email info@itsallaboutkidsgifts.com.au with the following details: Invoice number, Product name or code, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund.
- You will then be given a return authorisation number to be written on the outside of the returned package.
- Post to the following address: It’s All About Kids Gifts (Return No) Po Box 3278 Robina Town Centre Q 4230. Please Note: Postage/Shipping and handling costs of product are not refunded unless the product is considered faulty.
Our return policy does not apply if the product/s have been used, worn or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return parcel as It’s All About Kids Gifts cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 24 hours of receipt of goods, or direct debited to your bank account. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the exchange item you will be required to pay the difference. We charge a minimum postage charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, see below) Sale items are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final. Faulty Products It’s All About Kids Gifts prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of it’s ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that the product is faulty, we will replace it with no charge for postage and handling provided it is posted within Australia.
