RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

Faulty Or Damaged Goods: With faulty or damaged goods you are required to notify us by email within 2 business days of receipt  and return the faulty or damaged item within a week. After receiving notification of faulty product/s we will supply a replacement at no cost to you once the faulty product has been returned to us within the week. If the item is no longer available we will offer you an alternative item or a refund covering the cost of the product only.

Damaged In Transit: We make every effort to ensure our orders arrive safely and in good condition; however we cannot take responsibility for the performance of the company who is to deliver your items.

Incorrect Goods Supplied to You: We make every effort to supply you with the ordered products; however if you receive goods which you believe you have not ordered then you are required to notify us in writing within a week of receiving them. We will ask you to return the incorrect items and once we have received them we will send you the correct product (subject to availability) without further charge.

Unused Goods: Please select your items and quantities carefully as we do not refund items that you have over ordered or if you simply have changed your mind and no longer want or need them.
