How do I place an order online?

Orders are placed using our easy to use, and secure online shopping. Create an account with your personal details, select the products you require and proceed through the check out system.

Do you have a store I can visit?

No - we are an online store only.

Can I order any other way?

Yes. You can email your order to info@itsallaboutkidsgifts.com.au. We will contact you to confirm your order and arrange payment. Please provide all contact details on your email.

How will I know that It’s All About Kids Gifts has received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email indicating that your order has been received. Please note: If you did not receive this email please check your Junk Folder. If you still haven’t received this email please email info@itsallaboutkidsgifts.com.au so we can check your order has come through.

Are your products ‘In Stock’?

Its All About Kids is a fully automated online store and shows you the current number of items ‘In Stock’ of any given product. All items that are ‘In Stock’ are ready for shipment immediately. If a product is unavailable, it will be displayed as ‘Out of Stock’ and will be unavailable to be purchased. In the unlikely event that error has been made with our stock levels and we are ‘Out of Stock’ of the item you ordered we will contact you immediately via phone or email to discuss your preference of a refund, substitute product or backorder.

Why can I not order something that is Out of Stock?

Many of our party supplies are shipped in from overseas and can take two to three months to arrive. We do not want to sell you something that may not arrive in time. Many party retailers sell products that they don't have available hoping that they will get them in time and then cancel the order at the last minute because they haven't arrived. This leaves the customer with little or no time to make alternate arrangements. We are constantly getting last minute calls from customers left in the lurch because products they have ordered haven't arrived and it is for this reason that we don't sell what we don't have. If you see something you would like to order that is out of stock, please contact us via email at info@itsallaboutkidsgifts.com.au to see when it will be next available.

Do prices include GST?

Yes, prices shown include GST.

What payment methods do you have?

Credit Card: We accept Visa and Master Card Credit Cards. Credit card payments, for orders placed online, are made via the Commonwealth Bank Payment System. When you are ready to order, you will be redirected from our website to the Commonwealth Bank, bank hosted payment page to enter your card payment details. We do not see your card details at any stage. You will be redirected back to our website to finish the check out process. Please note: YOU MUST select the final confirmation button once re-directed back to our website or payment will be deducted and no order will come through.

PayPal: If you select the 'PayPal' option in the order process, you will be redirected automatically to PayPal website. You can then log in to PayPal as usual or set up a PayPal account to pay for your order. During the payment process, all information will be exchanged in encrypted form exclusively between you as the account holder and PayPal's website. After the transaction has been successfully completed, you will be returned to the Its All About Kids to finish the checkout process.

Direct Deposit: If you select the Direct Deposit option simply proceed with your order to the checkout page where you can select direct deposit as your payment method. Please use your order number as a reference when making payment to our bank account. We recommend that you email us to advise that your payment has been made. Our bank account details will be given to you during the check out process and via the order confirmation email. Please note: Your order will not be dispatched until this payment has been received and cleared to our account.

Layby: If you select the Layby option simply proceed with your order to the checkout page where you are to select 'Australian Bank Transfer' as your payment method.  You will be required to type 'Layby' in the comments section and pay a 20% deposit by credit card or by Direct Deposit to our account. Please see our Layby section for further detailed information and to read our Terms and Conditions of Layby.

When will my order be dispatched?

If you place your order on any business day (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) and pay with a credit card by 12noon AEST, your order will be dispatched the same day. If you decide to choose the Direct Deposit option this will delay your parcel as we have to allow for the payment to clear in our banking account. Depending on your location and your chosen delivery method, please allow between 1-14 business days for your parcel to arrive. Its All About Kids cannot be held responsible for delivery times so please ensure you allow enough time for your order to reach you before the all important party date.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped including the relevant tracking details. Please note: If you did not receive your email it may have went to you ‘Junk’ Folder.

How much is shipping?

$9.95 - Regular Post orders under $100.

FREE Regular Shipping on orders over $100. Shipping will automatically be deducted on finalisation of order.

(Standard Shipping is by road and can take between 2-7 business days after your order has been dispatched. Remote locations may take longer)

$19.95 - Express Post - Up to 5kg (Express Shipping is by air and can take between 1-3 business days after your order has been dispatched. Remote locations may take longer) 

New Zealand

$24.95 International Airmail – Up to 4kg (Standard Shipping is by International Airmail and can take between 3-10 business days after your order has been dispatched. Remote locations may take longer)

What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

We are not a delivery company and so are reliant on third parties for delivery. The most important thing to remember is that if you think your parcel should have arrived but hasn't, please let us know as soon as you can. We are then in a position to locate your parcel and advise you accordingly.

What happens to the personal information I give you?

At Its All About Kids we are committed to maintaining your privacy and can reassure you we do not sell or share our customer’s personal details with any other companies. We may from time to time use the information to contact you regarding new product ranges or specials we are running.

What is your Refunds Policy?

Faulty or Damaged Goods: We take great pride in the quality of our products. You are required to notify us of any faulty product/s by email within 48 hours and you must return the item within 7 days of receipt of your goods. If you inform us you have received a faulty product/s then we will supply a replacement at our cost once the faulty product has been returned to us within 7 days. If the product is no longer available we will offer you an alternative or a refund covering the cost of the product only.

Damaged In Transit: We make every effort to ensure our products arrive in good condition; however we cannot take responsibility for the performance of Australia Post or any other company selected to deliver your goods.

Incorrect Goods Supplied to You: We make every effort to supply you with the products you have ordered; however if you receive goods which you believe you have not ordered then you are required to notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving those goods. We will ask you to return the incorrect product to us. Once we have received your return we will send you the correct product (subject to availability) without further charge.

Unused Goods: Please select your product/s and quantities carefully as we do not refund product/s that you have over ordered or if you simply have changed your mind.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

Any cancellations or modifications to an order must be communicated to us via email as soon as possible.
