How do I place an order online? Orders are placed using our easy to use, and secure online shopping. Create an account with your personal details, select the products you require and proceed through the check out system. Do you have a store I can visit? You can visit our warehouse at 44 Dover Drive BURLEIGH HEADS QLD. Our showroom is open to public Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 2.30 pm. Items available to look at and purchase. How will I know that It’s All About Kids Gifts has received my order ? You will receive an order confirmation email indicating that your order has been received. How will I know that my order has been shipped ? You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped including the relevant tracking details. All our parcels are shipped via Australia Post Express and are tracked from pick up right through to delivery. When will my order be dispatched? Order placed Monday through to Friday by 1pm, will be dispatched same day. If placed after 1pm, your order will be shipped the next working day. Orders made on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. We only have available for purchase, items that are in stock and ready for shipment. Each item in our online store will display available stock, you can not order more than this amount as you will be unable to proceed through the checkout process. If for some reason we have made an error in stock levels and have sold you something that is not available, we will contact you immediately. How much is shipping? Express $9.95 - All our orders are shipped Express via Australia Post eParcel for a flat rate of $9.95 regardless of order size. If you are not home to collect your order, a card will left for collection of your parcel at the nearest post office. We will not give authority to leave as that takes away our right and yours, to confirm and prove delivery. Consider getting your parcel delivered to a PO Box or work address if you are not normally home to accept deliveries. All parcels can be tracked on www.auspost.com.au if you are worried about delivery. You will be sent an email by us and by Australia Post that will provide tracking information. Please do not wait weeks to contact us if your parcel has not arrived, the sooner we know the easier it is for us to locate. Unfortunately by giving authority to leave it also gives away any rights to having a missing parcel traced or refunded. If a parcel is left at the wrong address you have no proof of non delivery, Australia Post will say the parcel has been left and will take no further action. So for this reason we do not give any authority to leave on parcels. We have found customers still expect us to refund lost parcels even when they have directed us to give authority to leave, but they have taken away our right to prove delivery. What are the Estimated Delivery Times? All our orders are sent Express via Australia Post eParcel Express. Delivery is usually within 1-2 business days, however some remote or regional locations will take longer. Please note the above times are estimates only, we cannot take any responsibility for parcel delivery once dispatched, we rely on Australia Post eParcel Express to deliver them as promptly as stated. Do prices include GST? Yes, prices shown include GST. Why can I not order something that is out of stock online? Many party supplies are shipped in from overseas and can take 2-3 months to arrive. We do not want to sell you something that may not arrive in time. Many party retailers sell products that they don't have available hoping that they will get them in time and then cancel the order at the last minute because they haven't arrived. This leaves the customer with little or no time to make alternate arrangements. We are constantly getting last minute calls from customers left in the lurch because products they have ordered haven't arrived and it is for this reason that we don't sell what we don't have. No, at this stage we dispatch within Australia only. Can I order any other way? Order can be placed by phone Monday to Friday. If we are unavailable to take your call, please leave your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. To place a phone order please call (07) 55 757572. We accept Visa and Master Card. Credit card payments, for orders placed online, are made via the Commonwealth Bank Payment System. When you are ready to order, you will be redirected from our website to the Commonwealth Bank, bank hosted payment page to enter your card payment details. We do not see your card details at any stage. You will be directed back to our website to finish the check out process. What if I don’t have a credit card ? If you prefer not to use a credit card, simply proceed with your order to the checkout page where you can select direct deposit or Paypal as your payment method. Please use your order number as a reference when making payment to our bank account. We recommend that you email us to advise that your payment has been made. Our bank account details will be given to you during the check out process and via the order confirmation email. Goods will not be shipped until this payment has been received and cleared. I have tried phoning but there was no answer? We are not a retail shop so therefore do not always operate normal business hours.
